Hello Students and welcome to the new school year.
I will post assignments on my blog by Thursday of the same week the assignments are due.
This means you can turn in work for the week by Friday each week.


Religion: We have our first Bible Verse Quiz this Friday so study up!!  Our first Dig Deeper assignment is also due on Friday if you didn't finish it in class on Thursday.


English: We discussed Narrative Writing this week and the only homework is to think about your topic/subject for your Personal Narrative which we will start  next week.


Math:  Assignments 1-3 are posted below the assignment page and problem number are circled on the board.

Religion: Lesson 9 Dig Deeper #1-4, 6, 7 is due on Friday
                Lesson 9 Bible Verse Quiz is going to be given on Friday.


English:  We are reading and working on our Esparanza Rising Unit
                There will be a vocabulary worksheet passed out tomorrow and
                the vocabulary quiz will be Wednesday or Friday in class.


Math:  Chapter 3 Test will be on Thursday this week. 
            Last Friday's assignment is due tomorrow. 
            The chapter review is due on the day of the test.

Religion:  We have the Unit 2 Test on Friday this week.
Students will have all week to work on the 4 page review, which
is due on Friday as well.  Study Hard!


Eng:  We are still working on the Esparanza Rising Curriculum.
There will be an open note vocabulary quiz on Friday.


Math:  Due tomorrow Nov. 1 is the pg. 132 #9-21 odd assignment.

After reading the first two chapters of Esparanza Rising,
we are studying vocabulary, prepositions, conjunctions,
interjections, and commas.
Math:
Day 1, 2 Review.  The assignment is pg. 114 #1-53 odd NOT 29
and it is due on the day of the test.  The chapter 2 math test will
be on Thursday, October 20.
